If I’m not the one thing
You can’t stand to lose
If I’m not that arrow to the heart of you
If you don’t get drunk
On my kiss
If you think you can do better than this
Then I guess we’re done
Let’s not drag this on-
Consider me gone
With you I’ve always been wide open
Like a window
Or an ocean
There is nothin’ I’ve ever tried to hide
So when you leave me
Not knowin’
Where you’re going’
I start thinkin’
That we’re lookin’
We’re lookin’ at goodbye
How ‘bout a strong shot of honesty?
Don’t you owe that to me?

Maybe time to stop popping so many pills and do something about certain pains and aches with (hand) reflexology. It is an ancient Chinese method for which you need proper training and more behind the scenes study. But these are charts of your hands and which part of your body is connected to which area in your hand (there is one for your feet too).
When I now have a headache or I know I am nervous or Mother Nature is bugging me with her monthly gift I gently massage/rub* the areas that need attention and drink plenty of water to wash away the toxins that will release this way.
Listen y’all. The Chinese ancient shamans were really wise. We go for a quick, pain numbing fix with pills. Way way waaaay too much.Modern medicine will yell “bullocks”, but we all know how the pharmaceutical industry and the medical world whore each other. I don’t say this has to replace regular medicine. Absolutely not. If you’re sick, you’re sick. But too often we have pains related to stress or any other “innocent” condition and we just resort to pills, while this has been proven to relief pain too.
First it looked very voodoo-ish, shamanish to me. Until I had a couple of sessions and got relieved from my horrible headaches that lasted for days.
